Implementing Nonviolent Communication

  • Identify and explain the four components of Nonviolent Communication and how they form a coherent approach to compassionate conversations

  • Distinguish between judgmental language patterns and objective observations, demonstrating the ability to reframe evaluative statements into neutral observations

  • Practice empathic listening and expression by connecting feelings with universal human needs

  • Apply the Nonviolent Communication process to a real-life challenging scenario, formulating clear requests and demonstrating alternatives to demands or criticism
